Our Investment Criteria

Ashcott Capital is seeking to acquire a small to medium-sized New Zealand business. We are looking to acquire a business that has the following characteristics:

  • New Zealand-based
  • Services or light manufacturing businesses
  • Profits of between $500K and $1.5M p.a.
  • 3 or more consecutive years of profitability
  • Owner(s) is looking to sell a majority stake
